FULL-TIME JUNIOR/LEAD BICYCLE MECHANIC 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Repair, check, and fix bikes following store standards.
  • Take notes of all the works done on bikes + update the database. 
  • Keep the inventory of the workshop updated. 
  • Keep the bench and the workshop clean.
  • Be customer service oriented and personable as you are the face of our company when you deliver serviced bicycles. 
  • Assist with related material (such as bicycle accessories, tools, and required materials) and inventory management as needed.
  • Assist in store operations when required. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM graduate
  • MUST be customer & service orientated, have interest in bicycle maintenance, 
  • Must have the right attitudes at work such as self-disciplined, good time management, responsible, strong team spirit, have desire to self improve and is eager learn;
  • Interest in bicycles and biking activities are a plus
  • Having basic knowledge is an added advantage
  • Expected to work on weekends and public holidays.

FULL-TIME RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build relationships with walk-in customers;
  • Greet customers and utilize the sales process to understand a customer's needs and ascertain the right combination of products and services for the customer;
  • Display Exceptional Customer Service;
  • Provide professional consultations to assist customers on technical issues;
  • Provide feedback on technical support service issues and to propose prompt and appropriate solutions;
  • Performing back-end office functions;
  • Assist in the daily operations of the store, including restocking, cleaning, organizing and merchandising.
  • Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices

FULL-TIME ADMIN CLERK

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Performing general bookkeeping
  • Compiling, maintaining and updating company records of stock inventory, invoices, etc.
  • Answering phone calls and calling suppliers to follow up on appointments, deliveries, or warranty submissions
  • Managing store inventory and working with floor staffs to ensure the regular supply of stocks.
  • Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
  • Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
  • Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, and multimedia instruments.
  • May greet and assist customers.  


Requirements: 

  • Tech-savvy to be able to perform tasks on a computer;
  • Detail oriented, good communication and organising skills;
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Willing to be transferred to a different outlet if required;

FULL-TIME BRANCH SUPERVISOR

To be the Person-In-Charge of the Outlet to effectively oversee the overall outlet management and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interacting with customers and provide exemplary customer service; educate customers about bicycles, bicycle accessories and clothing, and any other cycling-related products offered;
  • Achievement of outlet operational efficiency, productivity, profitability and sales target.
  • Implementing the Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Enhancing corporate brand image and to ensure an Exceptional Customer Service experience.
  • Being responsible for outlet's manpower management in terms of manpower planning, training, motivation, supervision and succession planning.
  • Being responsible for the effective execution of the Sales Plan, conducting Sales Analysis and managing the outlet's sales & profits.
  • Providing feedback on sales & customer service issues and to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinating with Marketing on the aspects of in-store promotion & visual merchandising.
  • Manage inventory processes, including receiving, ordering, and physical inventory preparation.
  • Keep store clean, organize and merchandise product cleanly and creatively.


Requirements: 

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in a bicycle store or equivalent retail store;
  • Detail oriented and able to manage different aspects of a retail store efficiently;
  • Knowledge in technical skills of a bicycle will be an advantage, but not necessary;
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people regarding bicycles
  • Tech-savvy to be able to perform tasks on a computer and maintaining functionality of machines and devices in-store
  • Have positive qualities of being self-discipline, eager to learn and grow, professional, good team spirit, responsible, motivated, good time management,and  punctual
  • Must be customer & service orientated;
  • Possess strong leadership skills and is able to provide training and coaching skills;
  • Good supervisory, communication and organising skills;
  • Preferably with great interest in bikes and biking activities;
  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Willing to be transferred to a different outlet if required;
  • Ability to meet business goals.
