The cost of delivery depends on the size, weight and value of your order. To find the cost of shipping for your order, simply add the items you want to your basket, and the shipping cost will automatically update in your basket. *Shipping cost to East Malaysia reflected on webstore may not be the finalized amount due to volatile air freight cost in times of Covid19. Customers will be reached out to if cost of air freight is higher than quoted on our webstore.

Our whole operation is designed to get your order out the door and on its way to you in the shortest possible time frame so you aren't left waiting.
Delivery may take longer in the following instances:
- Bikes take a little bit longer as we want to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition, and so will take the time to inspect them before delivery
- The availability of one of the items on your order may have changed since you placed your order – if this is the case, we’ll email you to let you know that we’ve cancelled this item from your order
- If it is a public holiday in Malaysia
- Due to unforeseen circumstances such as sudden closure of courier branches due to Covid19 cases
You can check your order status using the link sent to you in your email. You will be able to see all the information about your order including tracking information through your saved account as well.
If you're outside Malaysia and have something you would like to order from us, please contact us directly via our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as an item isn't restricted by a brand's border control we are allowed ship the item to you. We will quote you the shipping fees and if agreed upon, will proceed with payment via Telegraphic Transfer/Wire.
Orders are sold and shipped outside Malaysia may be subject to Customs Duties and Import Taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over this part of your order's journey so best advice is to contact your local customs office.
Custom Duties and Import Taxes are born fully by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages delivered outside the EU, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
