HOW AND WHEN

• HOW: Dissolve 20g of powder, equal to a dose corresponding to two level tablespoons, in about 500ml of water. It is preferable to take 50 to 100ml at regular intervals of about 15-20 minutes. Do not exceed the daily intake of 60g (3 servings).
